Our bespoke process begins with a personal consultation — you share your vision, inspiration, or occasion, and our team sketches and refines your design. Once approved, your piece is handcrafted by our expert jewellers and delivered in 2–4 weeks.

2. Can I use my own materials or stones?
Yes. We can incorporate heirloom gemstones or precious metals you already own. Our team will assess and advise on how best to integrate them safely into your new design.

3. How much does bespoke jewellery cost?
Prices start from £350 for simpler pieces and vary depending on materials, design complexity, and stone selection. You’ll always receive a transparent quote before production begins.

4. How long does the process take?
On average, bespoke pieces take 3–6 weeks from consultation to completion. Express options are available for special occasions or tight deadlines. 

5. Do you offer worldwide service?
Yes. While based in the UK and UAE, we serve clients globally. Designs, updates, and approvals can all be handled online, with secure international shipping available.
